The Resilience Program is designed exclusively for Active Duty service members, providing structured, engaging activities that support physical fitness, mental well‑being, and team cohesion. Programs are offered Monday through Friday, ensuring consistent availability throughout the duty week.

All necessary equipment for each activity is fully provided, allowing participants to focus on the experience without the need to bring additional gear. Lunch is included for select offerings, specifically the Extreme Canopy Tour and Zipline, Whitewater Rafting, and Horseback Riding programs.

Each program maintains specific participation minimums and maximums to ensure safety, quality instruction, and an optimal experience for all participants. Availability may vary based on these capacity limits.

Units are encouraged to incorporate their own leadership, resiliency personnel, or guest speakers to tailor portions of the experience to support their specific goals, messaging, or resiliency objectives. These conversations can help reinforce resilience, team connection, and open dialogue throughout the experience.
