Just because they’re mini doesn’t mean they aren’t mighty!  CYS Youth Sports is thrilled to introduce an exhilarating Parent-And-Me program designed for children ages 18 months to 5 years old. Join us every Tuesday from 11:00 – 11:45 a.m. at the MS&T gym, building 1055, for a fitness-filled adventure like no other. The goal of the class is to promote fitness in a fun, safe, and age-appropriate environment, while giving parents ideas and resources they can use to continue promoting healthy habits at home.

For just $25 per month, your mini can participate in four classes per month from October 2024 through May 2025, with each month featuring a new sport or activity. Different topics will include soccer, yoga, baseball, basketball, and so much more!  Registration opens on September 3 at Parent Central, building 104. Make sure to register your child at least 5 business days before the start of the new month to secure a spot. Space is limited and spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We can't wait to see your mini in action!
