This is a centralized entry to resources at the local, state, and national level that can assist Service Members, federal civilian employees, and Family Members. These resources include: rent, mortgage and utility assistance; food assistance; housing, shelter, clothing, personal, and household items; free to low-cost counseling options; and more. Military OneSource
Military Community and Family Policy is directly responsible for establishing quality-of-life policies and programs that help our service members, their families and survivors be well and mission ready. Military OneSource is the gateway to MC&FP programs and services that support the everyday needs of the 4.4 million service members and immediate family members of the military community. These Defense Department services can be accessed 24/7/365 around the world. They also include non-medical counseling, financial and legal resources, and more.

This is a centralized location regarding various federal civilian workforce related assistance to include a Shutdown Assistance Map where DACs can explore assistance at the local level.
Federal Employee Education & Assistance Fund (FEEA)
FEEA has both an Emergency Hardship Loan program and Shutdown Grants available for qualifying full-time federal civilian employees. They also list additional resources to include state unemployment and more.
