CYS Youth Sports Off-Post Outreach

For the first time, non-military affiliated children can participate in Fort Benning CYS Youth Sports programs!

That means military-connected children attending local schools off post can now invite their friends and classmates to join them on the field, court, and beyond! Children ages 3–14 can participate in select youth sports, instructional classes and activities — even if their family is not affiliated with the military. Whether your child is looking to learn a new sport, build confidence, make new friends, or enjoy some friendly competition, CYS Youth Sports is ready to welcome them!

Military and non-military affiliated families can now explore youth sports opportunities together at Fort Benning. Registration will be available through Parent Central Services, building 104 and installation access will be required to participate in programs held on Fort Benning. Families participating in a sports season may receive assistance with obtaining or extending installation access through the Fort Benning Visitor Center.

Interested in coaching? Parents are always welcome to get involved! Volunteer coaches must complete the same required screening, training and certification process as military-affiliated coaches. Contact Fort Benning CYS Youth Sports to learn more about available programs, registration requirements, and how to get started!

For more information, please call +1 (706) 545-0522 or +1 (706) 545-2079.

*Participation is subject to program eligibility, registration requirements, installation access procedures, and availability*
