Virtual 5K Runs

Register for our Virtual 5K Runs – Medal Make-Up!

Did you miss our ‘Run Your Heart Out 5K’ or missed the ‘Shamrock Shuffle 5K’ but really want and need the medal(s) to complete this year’s MWR Sports 5K Run medal set?  MWR Sports, Fitness & Aquatics offers now the Virtual Run option!  Participating in one of our 5K runs will earn you a medal which is part of a medal set.

In case you missed one of our runs or couldn’t participate in one but really want to complete the medal set, MWR Sports offers you the chance to make up for the missing run by signing up for the virtual run.

The virtual run can be done whenever it’s convenient for you; choose a date and time that fits your schedule and run your 5 kilometers wherever you like!

How to register:

Registration is on WebTrac.  At the top of the page, you will see TYPE – choose from the scroll down menu the option ‘Virtual 5K Runs’.

All available and open virtual 5K runs will be visible; registration ends August 31 or if all left over medals have been claimed. Any other upcoming 5K run will be added after each in person run is completed and if any medals are left. Each virtual run is $15 per person, but your medal is guaranteed!

Once you completed the virtual run, please contact Jamie Milburn to pick up your finisher medal at Smith Fitness Center.  For any additional information or any questions, contact Jamie at jamie.m.milburn.naf@army.mil.

(Please note, no refunds will be given and run t-shirts are not available.)
