CPR, AED and First Aid Training

First Aid, CPR and AED are skills that can save a life in an emergency!  CPR is an emergency procedure for a person whose heart stopped or if a person is no longer breathing. First Aid is the care for a variety of injuries and illnesses such as burns, cuts, scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, heat and cold emergencies. AED is a device that can shock the heart to restore a normal rhythm.
