The Exceptional Family Member Program will host the annual EFMP Trunk or Treat and FAP Safety Fair from 5:30-7:30pm Oct. 26 in the parking lot of Army Community Service, Building 7, on Baltzell. This event is free for EFMP families, who will enjoy bounce houses, games, face painting, refreshments and more. For more information, call 706-545-6545.
