In this webinar, participants will explore best practices for conscious and empathetic communication, active listening and building rapport when working with families impacted by child victims of crime. We will discuss common issues and concerns that emerge in communicating with families after the traumatic event has occurred, while a child is missing and/or throughout the criminal justice process. Participants will receive 1.5 CEUs!
