Just a short walk from the Fort Benning Golf Course are a row of five two-story duplexes called the McIver Suites. Each of the 10 units has a living room, kitchen and mud room. McIver offers four two-bedroom and six one-bedroom suites. The two-bedroom suites have a dining room, and two units are equipped with a washer and dryer in the mud room.
The McIver Suites provide guests comfort and convenience to enjoy activities such as golf, a shooting range, and easy access to the Chattahoochee Riverwalk that connects to Columbus, GA. The Riverwalk, a pedestrian and bike trail that begins just a short distance away, allows guests to bike, run or walk all the way to the city of Columbus enjoying sights and points of interest along the way.
McIver Suites are approximately half a mile from the MWR Recreational Shooting Complex, just a few miles from the commissary, main AAFES PX and gas station, and within walking distance to soccer fields, a newly renovated playground, a dog park and MWR dining options.
