Mindful May: Wellness Program

Get ready to embark on an incredible journey with our new Wellness Program: Mindful May!

This month-long wellness adventure is crafted to help you embrace mindfulness through daily practices that will transform your life. Dive into a treasure trove of tools and resources, including guided meditations, body scan exercises, mindful breathing techniques, and inspiring mindfulness prompts posted daily on the Fort Benning Fitness Facebook page.

Challenge yourself with our 30-day mindfulness quest, where you'll dedicate just 60 seconds a day to nurturing your mind and soul. Experience a holistic approach to well-being as we blend physical, mental, and spiritual wellness activities, creating a harmonious balance in your life.

Mindful May is perfect for you if you're:

  • Looking to reduce stress and sharpen your focus: Whether you're a busy professional, a student, or anyone feeling the hustle and bustle of life, this program is your sanctuary.
