Do you know the core safety principles for driving a car? Have you ever thought about the consequences and what can happen while driving and e.g. texting or calling your friend, or worst – have a drink and get behind the wheel?

Motor vehicle crashes are the leading cause of death among teenagers in our country, with eight teens dying on the roads every day. Since 2009, Boys & Girls Clubs of America and The UPS Foundation have worked to promote safe driving through the UPS Road Code teen safe driving program. Middles School and Teens offers the FREE ‘UPS Road Code’ which was developed to provide teens learn same trainings that UPS uses with its own drivers. This program starts November 4, 4 – 5 p.m., every Wednesday until December 16. Teens ages 11-15 can sign up today by calling Parent Central at 706-545-2079 or MST at 706-545-3070, deadline for registration is November 3, sing up today! Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to learn how to become a responsible and safe driver!
