ACS offers three-day resilience workshops for spouses designed to help you: • Hunt The Good Stuff • Set Goals • Recognize Activating Events, Thoughts and Consequences • Put It In Perspective • Avoid Thinking Traps • Detect Icebergs • Recognize your Character Strengths • Practice Assertive Communication • Learn Effective Praise & Active Constructive Responding Comprehensive Soldier and Family Fitness (CSF2) is designed to build resilience and enhance the lives of Soldiers, their families, and Army civilian employees by providing the training and tools you need to cope with adversity, perform better in stressful situations, and thrive in life.
