Fort Benning Youth – Outdoor Recreation is hosting a FREE summer outdoor skills camp this July! Enjoy themed crafts while learning the essential skills you need to enjoy the outdoors safely. Join us at the Russ Pond Pavilion, located on Main Post near McDonald Village, Thursdays in July starting July 10, from 5 – 6 p.m. All ages welcome! Register for each craft night ahead of time so we know how many supplies to bring! Call Outdoor Recreation at +1 (706) 545-7978. A parent/guardian must be present during event for youth 17 and younger.
July 10: Leave No Trace
July 17: Fire Building
July 24: Knot Tying
July 31: Outdoor Navigation
