All items for the Sealed Bid sale will a have a starting bid and it will be on the bidder sheet.  The highest bidder will be notified on 10 February 2021 and if can’t be reached within 24 hour the next highest bidder will be called.  All items must be removed by the new owner no later than 12 February 2021.

NOTE:  All items that requires a bill of sale will be mailed to buyers

Ready to purchase items – same day:

Previews and purchase of patio furniture will start 8 & 9^th February 2021 from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.  Furniture will be pre-priced.

Both sales are open to ID Card Holders (active duty, retirees, & DoD civilians) ONLY.  All customers will wear a mask at all times and practice social distancing or you will not be allowed into the area to submit a bid.  Terms of sale is all sales are final. Sold as is with no guarantee. 

For both of these sales, we will accept cash, credit cards, debit and a check (with a bank note.)
