December 6, Santa pays a visit to Riverside, the home of Fort Benning’s commanding general, from 5:30-8:30pm. This free event includes the lighting of the post Christmas Tree, great prizes (Playstation, bikes, beanbag chairs, Power Wheels, V-Tech, and much more!) games, face painting, cookies and cocoa, and a chance for your children to meet Santa Claus, climb on his lap, and share their hopes and dreams for world peace, an end to hunger and a viable alternative energy source — or an iPad.
