RESCHEDULED: Month of the Military Child Kids Fest & Fort Benning Purple Up Day

Due to inclement weather, the event has been moved to April 28, same time and location!

Month of the Military Child (MOMC) is observed each April to honor and celebrate military children and youth for their service, commitment and sacrifice in support of the Army's mission. The observance reiterates the Army’s commitment to provide quality care and positive youth development for a bright future. This year’s observance has the theme, “Honoring the Past, Treasuring the Present, Shaping the Future."

You’re invited join us at Parent Central, Building 104 on Marchant Avenue, on Friday, April 14 from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. for our Kids Fest to celebrate the Month of the Military Child! Enjoy bounce houses, face painting, popcorn, a balloon artist, music, games, giveaways, the opportunity to register with Parent Central on the spot, enter your 4 year olds into the GA Pre-K Lottery and preview upcoming summer and fall events! Free to attend, but you’re encouraged to wear purple in support of our military children!
