Kick off the New Year with connection, knowledge, and support! Join us on January 8 from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. in person at the EFMP Building or join virtually through Microsoft Teams. This EFMP support group will provide an overview of EFMP services, explain how Systems Navigators can assist your family, and share valuable local resources. Participants will also engage in guided discussions focused on setting goals and navigating challenges for 2026. This is designed to help EFMP families start the year strong. This event encourages community building, reduces isolation, and empowers families with tools, resources, and meaningful connections.
