Lifeguard Classes

The March classes have been canceled.
We offer a 2-year lifeguard certification, which includes the American Red Cross Certification, lifeguarding, first aid, CPR and AED, for MWR patrons 15 and older.
American Red Cross lifeguarding students must be at least 15 years old by the last day of class, and pass a pre-course swimming skills test prior to taking our course. Once students are enrolled, they'll receive the latest science-based training from experienced instructors, and develop skills they'll use for a lifetime.
This is a 32 hours/4 days course, start is at 9am unitl 5pm each of the 4 days.
Classes will be held at Briant Well Indoor pool.
A minimum of 6 students per class is required
