The Thrift Savings Plan is complex and difficult – the Financial Readiness Program (FRP) offers a free virtual class and teaches the basics for DoD Civilians, to include bond and mutual fund basics, for a deeper understanding of the funds available via TSP. FRP will also discuss different choices at retirement in relation to TSP withdrawals.
