Free Fitness Marathon

Smith Fitness Center will host a Fitness Marathon from 10am until 1pm Oct. 6, with free classes in zumba, zumba step, zumba toning, LesMills Bodypump, Lesmills RPM, LesMills Grit series, TRX, spin, Insanity, Plyo, power yoga, and a Mobile Murph bootcamp. Personal trainers will be available to offer free assessments. The schedule and options follows: 10am: Zumba Sentao, Spin, Yoga or Grit 10:45am: Zumba, Extreme Cycle, Ab Attack or Strong by Zumba 11:30am: Kettleball, TRX, Yoga or Bootcamp 12:15pm: Bodypump, RPM, Yoga or Zumba Tone
