To kick-start your way to a fitter more fabulous New Year, we will host a free Fitness Marathon from 10am-1pm January 19 at Smith Fitness Center. Try a variety of classes in 30-minute sessions, including Les Mills Grit, Bodypump, RPM, Spin, Zumba, Sentao, Kettlebell, Abs, Yoga, and more. We will give great door prizes every 30 minutes. Personal trainers will be available to answer questions and offer free health and fitness assessments.
