Join us for Nurture with Nature, a relaxing and meaningful support group inspired by Earth Day. This session focuses on self-growth and learning how to care for yourself physically, mentally and spiritually through guided discussion and connection with others. It’s a great opportunity for EFMP families and caregivers to unwind, reflect, and grow together in a supportive outdoor setting.
