Register Now!Hope Harbour provides emergency shelter and crisis intervention services to victims of family violence in Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Marion, Talbot, Taylor and Harris counties. Chrissy Redmond, Community Education Coordinator, will host this training on how domestic violence is oftentimes overlooked in society, common signs of abuse, and a road map to safe intervention. Viewers will learn what they can do if they suspect someone is experiencing abuse in their relationship. Participants will leave this training with a better understanding of what causes abuse to take place, identify tactics to isolate victims from friends and family, and safety tips to help someone experiencing abuse.
