Dash’N’Splash 5K and 1K Run

On your mark, get ready, and join us for the Dash’N’Splash 5K Run (8 a.m.) or our Dash’N’Splash 1K Run (7:40 a.m.) for our ‘little’ runners (ages 4 and up) on Saturday, July 25 at the Breezeway Complex!  This family-friendly run is perfect for the Georgia summer heat, so prepare to get soaked!

The course will be lined with sprinklers and runners will be equipped with water guns and balloons. Spectators are encouraged to join, too! If you live along the route, bring out your garden hose and your water guns to give the runners a refreshing way to cool down.

After the run, join us in the Breezeway Pool to cool off!

Dash’N’Splash 5K Run: Pre-registration opens June 15 and ends July 24 at noon, pre-register in person at Smith Fitness Center, 6835 Ralph Puckett Parkway, building 2874. Pre-register for $20 for runners ages 6 and up and $15 for children 5 and under. Registration fees are an additional $5 per person on race day.

**Runners not registered 10 days prior to the race are not guaranteed their t-shirt size!

The Dash’N’Splash 5K Run is one of our fun runs and is open to everyone, stroller friendly, dog friendly; bring the kids, dogs and your neighbor; runners who didn’t register or pay just won’t receive a shirt or medal. But come on out either way - it’s a fun run!
