Learn how to cook healthy and affordable meals using the tools you have in the barracks! Eating out is easy and expensive over time. BOSS offers this great new opportunity on March 4 at 3:30 p.m. at 5469 187th Infantry Regiment Street, building 3200. A dietitian assigned to the 198th, 197th, and 194th Brigades will attend and teach you how to put together a healthy and affordable meal as well as which kind of cookware to use and how to shop inexpensively and healthy!
