Are you road ready? FAP, SHARP and BOSS have partnered together to offer a free instructional program that will teach participants basic car maintenance skills for safe driving. This informative course is perfect for spouses desiring to learn their way around a vehicle, teens just learning to drive and experienced car enthusiasts alike! On Saturday, September 18 from 12:30 – 3 p.m., Monday, September 20 from 9 – 11 a.m. or Saturday, October 23 from 9 a.m. – noon, join us at the Auto Skills Center, Building 111, as one of our trained Auto Skills technicians instructs on how to change a flat tire, check vehicle fluids and how to do an oil change. Everyone will leave with a car safety kit to help keep themselves and their loved ones safe, too!
Open to all DoD ID cardholders ages 14 and up. No sleeveless shirts allowed. Closed-toe shoes required. Space is limited, so reserve your spot by calling ACS Family Advocacy at 706-545-0892 or 706-545-8740.
