For 77 years, the Army Emergency Relief Fund has helped the Army take care of its own by providing $1.9 billion in interest-free loans, grants and scholarships to Soldiers and families around the globe. Each year the Army conducts an AER fund raising campaign March 1 - May 15. The AER Campaign Kick-Off rally will be held March 8 at 11am in the Benning Club’s Regimental Room, Building 128 on Morrison Avenue. Contributions to AER are fully deductible under section 170(b)(1)(a) of the Internal Revenue Code.
