Babysitting Basics Course

Are you a parent with a teenager itching to start babysitting and in need of the proper certifications and training? Or maybe your teen is looking for a fun side hustle to earn some extra cash? Look no further! CYS Youth Sports is offering a Babysitting Basics Course that is perfect for teens to learn the essentials of babysitting and become fully certified in CPR and First Aid! In this course, teens will cover a range of topics from safety procedures to fun ways to engage with children. By the end of the course, they will be equipped with all the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful babysitter.

This Babysitting Basics Course is designed for ages 12-18 and will be held on March 31 – April 1. The first day will start at 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. and the second day starts at 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Classes will be held at Youth Sports, building 1056 and the cost is $50 per person which includes full CPR/First Aid certification. Registration begins March 3 - 28, so mark your calendars and sign up at Parent Central, building 104, or online via WebTrac. Youth must be enrolled with CYS to participate.
