2023 GA Pre-K Lottery & Drawing Registration

It's that time of year again! It’s time for Fort Benning’s Georgia Pre-K Lottery! The Georgia Pre-K Program is a Lottery-funded educational program for Georgia's 4-year-old children to prepare for Kindergarten! The best part is it’s free! Since the Georgia Pre-K Program is so popular and space is limited, a lottery system was established to ensure fairness. Complete an entry form at Parent Central Services, Building 104 Marchant Avenue from April 3 – 28 (Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).

Eligibility: MUST be a current resident of the State of Georgia and child must turn four on or before September 1, 2023. Families interested in a slot at the Georgia Pre-K program participate in the GA Pre-K Lottery (drawing).

The drawing will take place May 9 at 10 a.m. on Facebook Live

Following the drawing, Parent Central will notify parents by mail, email and phone call. If you require care outside of the normal school day (before and after school), care is available and fees are based on total family income. If selected, registration with CYS is required along with proof of residency, social security card, birth certificate, Georgia immunization record and a Pre-K entry physical.
