Let your voice be heard! The Army Family Action Plan is an Army-wide program to improve quality of life for Soldiers and their families. Through AFAP, all members of the Army have a forum to voice concerns to Army leadership and make recommendations for change. The Fort Benning AFAP Conference will 8am-4:30pm Oct 31 - Nov 2 at ACS, Building 7, 7117 Baltzell Ave. We need Soldiers, family members, retirees, civilians and Gold Star family members to represent the Fort Benning community. To volunteer, visit the AFAP office in Building 359 or email email@example.com. For more information, call 706-545-2794.
AFAP is a process that invites community members to be agents of change by improving programs and services, changing policies and regulations, and amending laws. The annual Army Family Action Plan Conference allows you to submit quality of life concerns for a working group to address. Delegates attend the conference to represent the global Army family, including Soldiers, family members, retirees, civilians and Gold Star family members. The delegates will work "big Army" issues that have been submitted throughout the year. Each working group addresses specific areas of concern, including medical and dental, benefits and entitlements, family support, force support and many more.
